Your best bet is to contact someone at Saatchi & Saatchi New York (saatchiny.com). I think agencies frown upon receiving unsolicited ideas, even if your suggestion is just a "sequel" to their existing idea, so if you write to them, you shouldn't be too specific about plots or anything.

In defense of music production companies, a lot of their music is only a minute, so to expand to a full length song isn't worth the effort in most cases. In situations of increased demand like this song, certain production companies or the composers (or whoever controls the rights) will decide it is worth it. I haven't heard anything about this song's fate yet, but we'll see.

vanessa, the song is a remix of "World Go 'Round". So far I'm not aware of the remix being available for sale, but the original is good too.
