The girl plants a seed and waters the ground, then waits for it to grow. She starts drawing what she thinks the flower will look like, and waits some more.
The mother sees her daughter doing all this, and has a surprise for her. She made flower-shaped Rice Krispies Treats using the traditional Rice Krispies Squares recipe and special springtime shape makers, available for a limited time free inside the boxes of cereal.
The ad is mostly in black & white except the Rice Krispies Treat flowers.

Hi everyone....Like you I loved the song on this commercial and was searching all over for it. Finally I e-mailed Kelloggs in Canada (I believe the ad is a Canadian one) and this is an excerpt of the reply I received:
