Who is the Asian woman in the Comcast ad about billing? She looks west Asian.

Would also like to know this actress.

She is also in the AT&T Commercial where she says "I like cool jams." Link to that AT&T ad is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8vyAmA9ZAP4 She is wearing a black and white shirt.
