Removal steps: 1. Remove the nut shells pad flat dovetail damping block , hanging under the plum pull assembly. 2.Stand the reducer, up the motor, frame mounting bolts and remove the motor adapter plate fixing bolt and spend, discharge the adapter plate between motor and frame adapter plate. 3.Flip reducer, so that the rate, tubing put up, plus remove, drain pipes fixing bolts and screws barrels of oil, plus remove, drain pipes, remove the plum pull fixing bolts, remove the plum pull. 4.Removal the construction bolt of vibration motor, remove the motor and axle sleeve.Removal shock holder to strut mounting bolts with the corresponding bolt screw the hole of shock holder , push-out the shock holder. >6.Apart and discrete the condenser. Removal the construction bolts from the condenser, discharge the condenser from walking support. Apart the condenser assembly from the condenser, remove the O-ring from the condenser tank. Use a flat screwdriver to remove the pan-head screws and spring washers, remove perforated plate and distance sleeves and wool felt from the condensing cover. 7.Separate the walking support settings and left bearing cover. Follow the above steps to discharge parts of small roller,no any confusion after discharge. Keep every parts well.
