Road milling machine safety operation

Inspection work before start to work
1、Check the oil level of tank. 2、 Check oil position of milling machine’s engine. Change the engine oil after the first 250 hours trial operation, changing every 500 hours. 3、Check the coolant level. 4、Check the cooler of milling if is clean or leakage. 5、Check hydraulic oil level, to prevent leakage. 6、Check the chain tension of device drive ,to match the specific application adapt to road conditions. 7、Check the working condition of milling machine’s head and the knife holder. 8、 Check collecting belt and discharge belt tension also its deviation. 9、 Check if it fixed the discharge belt rope and shackle , replace it if there is any damaged, otherwise it happened to personal safety and machine itself. OPRATION 1、Make sure that no one in the car or under the car, and no one is nearby dangerous area before start the milling at any time. 2、Make sure all guards and covers in the correct position and securely fastened. 3、 Remove all obstacles from road work zone, on a non-whole road, drive carefully, avoid landslides, overturning.
