For reference, the ad you're talking about features race car drivers walking on a track, popping champagne with beautiful women, and cars racing by. According to the YouTube comments, the drivers are Ryan Hunter-Reay, EJ Viso, and Marco Andretti.

The song is blues rock, guitar-heavy, and lyrics include:
Everything gonna be alright (aka Everything going to be all right)
Come on
Let do it, just let it ??

The song seems to be written for the commercial. The YouTube user is Big Foote Music - http://www.bigfootemusic.com/ - and they list the ad in their Sound Design section.

Someone at AdTunes - http://adtunes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=96294 - wrote to Big Foote and got a response (April 20, 2009) including "the tracks were written for our client, Izod. they are not as of yet available for download, streaming etc." But there was some hope the song would be released.
