There's a reason for the sunshine sky
And there's a reason why I'm feelin' so high

Description
In the ad, Toyota's flagship hybrid vehicle, the Prius, rides through the countryside. The grass, tree, stream, clouds, and other elements of nature are really people / special effects. The car causes waves in the scenery as it drives by.
Voice-over: You get more power and more space. The world gets fewer smog forming emissions. The third generation Prius. It's harmony between man, nature, and machine.

To the comment about Saatchi & Saatchi not being the agency behind, the ad, do you have any reason to believe they're not?
Not sure how much of the idea came from Saatchi, but you can see some of the folks responsible for the production of the campaign in this behind the scenes video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_M-WaCg27k

If one thinks that the idea for this ad was "stolen" from an idea "originated" by Astrid Rieger, I would direct the viewer to check the opening ceremonies of the past several Olympic Games where this format has been used extensively. It also appears (to this viewer, anyway) that Toyota has taken the idea and expanded on it - instead of just having costumed people as scenery, to having them change from and unmoving covered mode to a revealed in-motion mode.
Also, one might double check things. I don't believe that Saatchi is behind the ads for the Toyota Prius - even though they do have the contract for three other models. Find out who is really behind things if you're going to bad-mouth them for any reason.
