Description

"I'd like to redeem my credit card miles to Miami," the voice on the phone says. As expected, the credit card customer service guy (at some company other than Capital One) says 'no' to the customer. Then the sweet talk starts, and he eventually says 'OK.' It was Spade on the phone the whole time, who then blows an air horn into the phone, which causes the new guy to rocket back and knock down a bunch of cubicle walls.
