The Vista bodyguard looks like a secret service agent, with the standard issue dark sunglasses and earpiece. The commercial plays off the fact that Vista's security features include permission prompts. Their intention is to prevent rogue programs from running, or unauthorized people from accesssing the computer over a network/Internet, but this commercial suggests it could get annoying.
