Part of the Meet You There ad campaign.

It's nighttime in a busy city, and a guy walks into a building that's marked with a small sign that reads "greenspace." Inside people are mingling, and mostly standing around. Then one fellow breaks the ice by doing some fluid breakdancing, which prompts the blue-shoed protagonist to do the same.

As Blue Shoes walks around, some other people break out in dance, while others "pop" their folded ears (including one woman who seems to be blowing her nose). The guy and some friends take their show on the road, and head outside.

Although the ad focuses on the blue-shoed dancer, it's the guy with the beard (who broke the ice) who garners most of the attention when talking about this commercial. His name is David "Elsewhere" Bernal, and is well known for his combination of popping and liquiding dance styles.
