The ad opens on a bustling main street sidewalk during the holidays. It's snowing out, and one woman is keeping warm with a hat and coat, but her hat flies off. A stranger walking in the other direction hands her a red gift box that contains a new knit hat.
This pattern continues with other people who get items they need from strangers.

their song is on the old navy commercial too..."stars" that is. love the girl's voice.
This song is also on an excellent album called A Winter's Night, with some new and old Christmas music by a lot of great artists. This song is beautiful, no doubt.
