Description

A crowded dog track is shown just before a race. A red radio is placed on a platform. The gates are then opened and we see that people are racing not dogs. They run after the radio which gets pulled around the track on the motorized platform. Runner number 2 takes the first commanding lead. After a few seconds a much slimmer runner number 6 sprints ahead of him. Runner number 6 doesn't take the lead for too long before he is forced to slow down due to a cramp and runner number 2 pulls ahead and wins. The winner is later shown at home with the radio.

Great ad! FYI, the radio they're chasing appears to be the Tunemaster Classic Radio Replica, sold by The Sharper Image in the early 1990s. True to its name it is a close replica of the much-older Sonora Excellence 301.

Wow, VERY creative ad and the song is absolutely PERFECT--great job!! This site is awesome--once I saw the ad I had to find out the song used in it, and this site ended my conquest with ease lol!
