Description

Smith had previously tried to fire Johnson, so in this commercial Smith still resents him. Both Smith and an executive walk up to Johnson, who is as always eating cereal. The big boss asks, "Smith, someone just made an offer to buy the company. I need some advice. Johnson, what would you do?"

Johnson just sits there eating Raisin Bran Crunch, the running gag being the crunching is so loud that he can't hear what's being said. Smith sarcastically says, "Johnson, that's genius." However, the big boss is impressed. "Yes, don't respond at all. Make them think we're not interested. That should up the ante. Brilliant Johnson. Brilliant!" And he walks off.

Smith, with an angry look on his face, says, "Who are you?"
