Turning in the grain again
The bells begin to chime
Time she says
There's no turning back
Keep eyes on the tracks
Through the fields
Somewhere there's blue
Oh time will tell
She'll see us through
Description
In the driveway is a 2016 Subaru Forester and an older Forester that the dad is cleaning out. He finds a pink crayon, which begins his trip down memory lane when his daughter was younger. He looks over to the lawn, which plays out as if it were real. The red hair girl runs across the lawn, while her friends are frozen in time.
A pair of sneakers go in the box. Then a hospital bracelet from when the daughter broke her leg.
A little more recent is a flower, which seems to be from the girl's wrist corsage, for a dance she went to. Or maybe it's her date's boutonniere. Either way, into the box it goes.
His memories then go back in time again to when his daughter was younger and playing in the sand at a beach.
In the present time, his now 16 year old daughter gets the keys to the old Subaru. He says, "Hey, she's all yours."
Voice-over: You can pass down a Subaru but you get to keep the memories. That's why we got another Forester.
