The man, Rob Summers, provides the voice-over, describing an accident that left him paralyzed. The dominoes reverse and start standing back up again. Then we see Summers, and he's able to stand.

With the help of the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation, research is being done to reverse injuries such as Summers'.
