The woman is able to care for a whole bunch of children. After getting them up in the morning and ready for school, the joke is that she lives in a shoe-shaped house.

This ad is a reference to the nursery rhyme "There was an Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe"

The exterior shots of the shoe house were created with special effects.
