Coca Cola - Happiness Factory

Category: commercial

Summary: Inside a vending machine an elaborate magical world exists to produce one bottle of Coke.

Description

The commercial starts off with a live action shot of a man walking up to a vending machine. As soon as he puts a coin into the slot, the computer animation starts up, and we enter a magical world inside the machine.

Apparently harnessing the same power as Doctor Who's TARDIS time machine, the inside is much larger than the outside, with lush, green landscapes appearing to go on for miles.

As soon as the coin is accepted (by crashing into a cliff), the Coke-bottle-filling process begins, with an assortment of odd creatures performing independent duties. First up are the helicopter critters that carry an empty bottle to a platform. Then a mechanical soda dispenser fills it up with Coca-Cola. A cap is catapulted on, and the bottle is flung into an icy cavern to cool down. It drops back outside and a parade is given for its departure down the slot.

Animation for the ad was created at Psyop, and music was developed by Human Worldwide.
