Summary: A bank is robbed, but one of the hostages nonchalantly sets his DirecTV DVR from his phone.

Description

A group of masked thieves bust into a bank and start demanding money. They repeatedly tell the customers to get down.

Two of the customer/hostages become the focus of the commercial. Hostage #1 gets on his mobile phone. Hostage #2 tells him not to be a hero, but Hostage #1 replies that he's not, he's just setting his home DVR to record his favorite show. He points out he can remotely set his DVR with DirecTV.

He's doing this in the middle of the robbery in case it turns into a hostage situation. And just then, the police arrive outside, and one of the robbers says, "Everybody in the vault!"
