In this introductory commercial to the Superstore campaign, Flo the cashier stands behind a checkout counter in a visual representation of the Progressive website.

The customer holds his policy in a symbolic box that's similar to software packaging. He tells the sales girl how he saved $350, which causes her to announce it to everyone in the store.

Flo then gives more boxes to the customer. They represent Concierge Claim Service, Local Response Claim Service, and 24/7 Live Support. She explains he gets it all for no extra charge, to which the customer says, "Wow." Flo responds with her own "Wow!" and has to point out that she says it louder.
