The games played in this ad are Wii Sports and WarioWare: Smooth Moves.

A pair of Japanese gentlemen arrive at the family's door, and one says "Wii would like to play." Everyone has a great time with the Wii, getting their whole bodies into the action, like the one fellow who does a hoola hoop mini-game in WarioWare. The mother even gives one of the Wii representatives a taste of something cooking on the stove.
