Description

The video for the OK Go song "Here It Goes Again" was an internet phenomenon with its amazing treadmill choreography. So it's a pleasant surprise to find this Nike + iPod commercial pays homage to that video by using the song in combination with a treadmill-like running surface.

The runner in this ad puts on his headphones, and seems to go out the door to start his workout, but is really just in front of a fake background with scenery displayed on it. Reality blends with these images as he runs through a crowd and in the rain. The whole time he's getting periodic audible updates from the Nike+ via the iPod. When he's in the homestretch of his run, he starts busting through a series of walls with the iPod display on them.
