Description

In a boardroom, the CEO of a company peers over a strange-looking device, and asks "What is it?"

The IT guy, on the other end of the large table, answers that it's a business reality detector. The CEO tests it out by asking the others how their projects are doing, calling them by their last names.

First he asks Keaty about the supply chain. She responds that it's on schedule, and the reality detector lights up and honks, indicating what she's saying is either an over promise or exaggeration.

The next executive tested is Fuller, who's asked about a "wireless thing". She responds it's under-budget, which also get a negative honk from the reality detector.

Then Bill gets asks what he thinks by another executive, and replies he doesn't think, he's just a yes man. The reality detector beeps in agreement. The CEO realizes the device works.
