Description
The man and woman are having a romantic dinner, and under the napkin covering her bowl is a jewelry box. The guy looks on as she opens it, but says nothing. When she opens it, a buzzing sound is heard, and she smiles and says "Yes. I do."
The ad aired in Europe in 2006, and was predicted by some to be too racy for American television. Apparently not, because it started airing in the U.S. in 2007.

The song seems to have been written for the commercial. Still looking into it though.
