The bad guys are tied up and Justice Man is being congratulated on capturing them. But on his video watch he sees Righteous Boy eating a pizza, so he rushes back to the hidden crime lab.
After getting yelled at for breaching security by having a pizza delivered to the hidden crime lab, Righteous Boy snaps back "Relax, don't get your unitards up in a bunch. It's not delivery."
