Description

A tow truck operator notices a car parked in a tow zone marked by a sign that is blocked by an overgrown tree. While he is in the car getting it ready to be towed he appears to admire it. He decides to only tow the car a few feet out of the tow zone, which confuses the owner who exits a store to find his car slightly moved.
