Description
Mr. T talks about a guy who was calling his lady collect. "That made me smile." However, the guy was dialing 0, which made Mr. T mad.
He walks out the door of the gymnasium where some guys are playing basketball, and out in the hall is pay phone. Mr. T grabs the guy standing there, at which point we see he shaved his head and wrote (or tattooed) 1-800-COLLECT on the side of his head.

Matthew Goldfarb was the writer of the commercial. Worked at the ad agency at the time. Has since, I think moved on.
