Summary: A man steals many things from another man with a bike.

Description

A man walking a bike and his Great Dane while holding a package of Starburst asks him a man if he is "Ernie the klepto". The man replies that he doesn't do that anymore, although we can see that he has taken the man's Starburst. The man walking the bike retorts, "but you just took my Starburst." Ernie denies this, and with each shot we can see him taking more and more items from the first man, including his helmet, the shirt off of his back and finally his bike and dog.
