Description

The first scene is a girl jumping into the pool (into her mother's arms). Then a little bit older, the girl runs through the house. As a teen, she swings on a rope into a creek. As a college student she jumps up and down on a trampoline in her dorm room. The next major stages of her life are getting married and pregnant with child. The last scene is this spot is the woman bring her daughter to a dance recital.

The voice-over says "It's surprising that 80% of women aren't getting enough calcium." Which leads to how Yoplait gives you 20% of your daily calcium and vitamin D.
