Music in the commercial
Lyrics used in the commercial
You and I must make a pact
We must bring salvation back
Where there is love, I'll be there [I'll be there]
I'll reach out my hand to you
I'll have faith in all you do
Just call my name and I'll be there [I'll be there]
You know, I'll be there to comfort you
Build my world of dreams around you
I'm so glad that I found you
I'll be there with a love that's strong
I'll be your strength, I'll keep holding on
Don't you know, baby
I'll be there, I'll be there
Just my call, I'll be there
I'll be there
The ad starts off with a close-up of a baby being held. What follows are scenes of people helping and supporting one another. This includes: a candlelight vigil, a husband comforting his wife after a storm damaged their home, a woman walking with a cancer survivor (they're wearing pink walking in a fundraiser), a group of people building a home, a woman helping an elderly man walk, a woman helping her aging husband eat a meal, people painting over graffiti, a woman looking through a photo album - one of few things that remain after their house was destroyed in a fire, a marching band member in a wheelchair being pushed during a big game, people hugging, a hockey game, a State Farm agent handing a teddy bear to a little girl, people running a road race, a man and his son in a swimming pool, members of the military returning home - one of which is a woman who embraces her son, an athlete collapsing on a track and being helped out by another runner, another State Farm agent consoling the woman from the storm damaged home, a kid lifted to shoot a basketball.
We all need someone to believe in.
To rely on. To trust.
Nothing's more important than being there.
