Description
"Ahoy!" Mother Natures shouts as she approaches a boat with a red gift package. The gift represents the woman's period, but the sun-bathing woman says she's good, pointing to a package of Tampax Pearl tampons. Mother Natures tells her she should go to shore to get backup. But the woman laughs at this.
