Description

A woman sitting at an outdoor table, overhears another girl's conversation on her cellphone. The woman on the phone says she must be on the ugly side of town because everyone around her is gross. Chester encourages the woman overhearing the conversation to throw some Cheetos on the ground near the woman on the phone, which causes a flock of pigeons to surround the woman.
