Annie Wilkes the character from the movie Misery explains that she was going to take away DirectTV from Paul Sheldon(played by James Caan) but that would have been too cruel. As the commercial ends she begins to swing a sledgehammer to hobble the strapped down author.

The background and James Caan are from the original,but that's really Kathy Bates reprising the role of Annie Wilkes.

I agree with Tyler. no look-a-like is THAT close. Plus, she has a ton of make-up on and a wig I'm sure, made to look perfectly like her character in Misery. my boyfriend disagrees. He doesn't think it's really her.
