What is the band who does the song!
It's a French song but I'm looking for the title. Any help?
Whoever that band is, they are getting buzz and should jump on it. Everyone wants to know who they are.
I could be wrong, but that sounds like the Canadian band, Chapeaumelon.

It could be Plastic Bertrand too. I can't tell.
It is Plastic Bertrand. Modified from "Ça plane pour moi"
I'm not sure who it is, but it is definitely not Plastic Bertrand...
