Walt "Clyde" Frazier and Keith Hernandez pay a visit to Emmitt Smith. Because of his gray beard, he's shown in a mock retirement home called "Running Back Rest Home" in which all the nurses look like cheerleaders.

Clyde: Emmitt, your gray hair has put you in a rocking chair.
Keith: Your beard is weird.
Clyde: Your 'stache is trash.
Emmitt: Oh, it's bad.

Emmitt then colors his beard, which rejuvenates him as he appears on football field.

Keith: His edge is back.
Clyde: He's right on track.
Keith: Backfield in motion.
Clyde: He moves and grooves.
Together: He shoots, he scores.
