Summary: A woman orders at a fast food restaurant, and asks what comes with the cheeseburger combo.

Description
"What's your cheeseburger combo meal come with?" the customer asks.
The cashier guy replies, "Bloated feeling, regret, remorse, a bigger waist, loss of self esteem, loss of boyfriend, shame, years of therapy, fries and a shake."
The woman stares blankly for a moment, then smiles and says, "Can I get that without the loss of self esteem?"
The cashier is about to reply, when the manager in the back yells out, "No custom orders!"
