Description
A group of friends ride around in New York City. One of the girls, Sara, is amazed by the view through the Edge vista roof, which is like a large sunroof/moonroof. From this view, Sara is mesmerized by the passing skyscrapers. Some notable landmarks they pass by are the Rockefeller Center and St. Patrick's Cathedral.
The group of friends use the in-car map to find 81 Broadway in Brooklyn, which is a restaurant called Marlow & Sons.
Eventually Sara snaps out of it when an incoming call shows up on the Edge's display. She answers it, but it's one of her friends that's right outside the now parked vehicle. He asks jokingly, "Sara, do you want us to get you something to go?"

She makes the commercial!!
And about buying an Edge just for a commercial, well, YOU must be really naive and easily bought!
FACTS, “not” opinions: He was 34, NOT 38. In the olden days, girls got married at 13/ 14. Some states still have age of consent 14. Age of consent NYC is 17(15 if other person under 17). Guy made mistake, and admitted it to her EVEN before she accused him(she cunningly phone taped him without him knowing it). I DO NOT favor sex with 15 year olds, BUT, I also NOT favor a 15 year old going alone to NYC and THEN to a man's apartment, and willingly going backstage to see him, when her parents AND boyfriend were there with her. Let's get real here, she wanted to advance her career, and she used her sexuality(yes, 15 year olds know how to manipulate, too)to get what she wanted. Don't even for ONE moment try to insult anyone’s intelligence here and say that she didn't know what she was doing. Let's say the first caught her by surprise, but the SECOND? Yeah, right.
IF this girl really suffered any "trauma"(take it from someone who HAS), she would NOT be carrying on with her career (interesting FACT: Her career took off right after she accused the guy), would not be so poised to take him to court or have the nerve to carry a normal life in last 2 years. On the other hand, I have seen this guy perform and about, and HE has shown all signs that this has totally messed HIM up, and HIS career. You know, been 34 at the time does not mean his mentality or sexual experience matched chronological age. Something to ponder, if you ever have kids, they happen to be BOYS, some girl like this seduces them, then cries VICTIM! and locks your boy up(so he can acquire a "new hole" too--by the way, you are VERY crude, I don't care for your profanity either--funny, when people are put to the test, they show their true colors...8great?). By the way, I like the Ford Edge, but not from this commercial--the fact that I know who she is, dampens it totally.
Omg and after months of trying, I FINALLY DID IT! Im so excited :)
As far as her prior sexual experience - sounds like a smear campaign - stop playing spin doctor - Barbour's a pig and is getting much less than he deserves.
Instead u smear the victim and her so called "prior" behavior, with so called witnesses. Let me guess, these so called witnesses are buddies of Jim's...interesting. I think the sentence/plea bargain was worked out because it could have gone on for years in the courts. Barbour got lucky.
So pathetic that justhtefacts continues to blame a 15 year old. Barbour was what, 35 or 36 at the time? BOTTOM LINE - HE KNEW BETTER. HE WAS THE ADULT AND "MENTOR." The New York Times states that he met her in high school. He knew exactly what he was doing - and he got caught.
As far as Barbour's 13 year old victim - many papers reported it, not just the Times. Apparently the statue of limitations ran out for that CHILD'S case.
Let's not even get into heinous hotlines, I believe Barbour's lawyer was real keen on having a heinous hotline set up. Nothing like deflecting the focus from the sex offender.
As for me, I am a citizen of NYC who feels that blaming a victim, a child of 15 instead of the 36 year old man who wanted to have his way with her is PATHETIC. He was the Adult and he knew better. He was the aggressor and he broke the law. Now he's in jail, where he should be. Like you said justthefacts, it's over, but you, with your outrageous claims regarding the victim - seem to be the one who keeps IT going.
by the way - i thought you were the REALLY obnoxious guy who was calling people asshole and whatnot a few posts above this (reality check) hence my reference to you spitting in people's faces and the rest! ;-) so if you're not him, sorry about that.
His lawyers exploits and lowbrow tactics proved it.
"Justthefacts", thank God a true Barbour friend has come out for his good name...I hope more will soon, also. This guy has been dealt a low, coniving blow, which, inspite of his initial mistake, does not deserve. One wonders how this woman can sleep at night aafter what she has done...oh, maybe she's too "busy" to sleep.
I dont give a FUCK wat any1 says,i give props 2 who ever made this commercial.
This girl IS bad news...
