Description

Cars circle slowly around parking spots as carnival type music plays. When the music stops all the drivers rush to park their cars in the parking spaces. Much like musical chairs there is one more car than parking spaces. The extra car drives away after all the spots are taken. The music starts back up and the cars then pull out and begin driving in a circle again.
